Help. Console wont open

my console wont open after i put "-console" in the launch params
i also tried putting "+bing F10 toggleconsole" but that didnt work neither
and yes is enabled developer console in the settings.

this launch param does not cause such problems

i also tried putting "+bing F10 toggleconsole" but that didnt work neither

even if you specify the bind command correctly, it still won't work because the game expects you to use the + prefix with two values, not three as the bind command requires
