Installing Sourcemod on listen server.

Everything is in title.

I'm looking to play deathmatch or just having fun with bots. Is there a way to install sourcemod and metamod on CMlauncher ? Or if its possible to get dedicated server using all CM features

There is no way to install Metamod and Sourcemod on CMLauncher.
If you just want Deathmatch feature, try using below commands :

"se_respawn_on_death" "1"
"mp_ignore_round_win_conditions" "1"

If you want a proper deathmatch server with random spawns, set up a dedicated server.
1. Download Windows Dedicated Server
2. Download and install Metamod and Sourcemod.
3. Download and install Deathmatch Plugin.

You can install it, but did you know that these programs do not recognize ClientMod and can cause crashes?
