I ran a server and added it in my favorite list but I cant put my servers in the server list (global internet server list ), what's wrong with that ?!

My server ip : 45.81.18.33:10000

It seems that we cant put our servers in the serverlist, whats the issue here? IPs: /// 31.14.115.14 /// 31.14.115.94 ///
