server not showing up in internet tab.

recently made my server but nobody can find the server in the internet tab unless they add it in their fav (used the same server setting mothns before and the server was on the list).
did anyone solved this problem? any new steps needed in order to solve it? what's going on exactly?

the server is added upon connection and is displayed in the Internet search for everyone if you have a connection to ClientModNetwork.
the server disappears from the Internet search if no one connects to it for a long time.
