Updating luncher

Hi
I have a problem with luncher , every time i open luncher , it start downloading about 230 mb and it take a while , bythat i lag so much in game , i checked the 3 servers that client has (paris & russia) but nothing change , i have my trouble always with unstopable luncher download & lag.

If u know some way to fix it plz replay, in english or persian.
