Fps problem in v3

Hola, solía jugar la versión 2 antes, estaba aproximadamente entre 90, 120 fps, ahora con la actualización de la versión 3 pasa a 30, 40 fps, ¿es normal que haya bajado tantos fps? Juego con los gráficos al mínimo

the maximum that I can recommend for a 15 year old GPU is to rename the launcher to hl2
