2 errors when starting the client

I get two errors in the client,when I start it I get one that says -error 0xc0000045-,the other one is also when I start it it says -Failed to load the steam library XThe parameter is not correctX,only it says without the - and the X,I get them since the update of the Client 3 from the demo
